Approved the award of the contract
for the construction of ten new build properties  comprising of eight 2 bedroom bungalows and two 1
bedroom bungalows with associated infrastructure to Morro
Partnerships Limited, Jessup House, 2 Station Court, Girton Road,
Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0EJ for the total value of
£3,333,146.00.

 

Authorised the Council to enter and
execute a contract including deed of covenants, collateral
warranties, assignments, transfers, the grant of easements,
wayleaves and other such ancillary agreements as deemed necessary
to facilitate the delivery of this project.
