at Fane Road for the construction of 2 new build 1 bedroom
bungalows with associated infrastructure to J Harper & Sons
Limited, Unit 1 & 2 Bevan Industrial Estate, Brierley Hill,
West Midlands, DY5 3TF for the total value of
£598,411.42.

 

Approved the award of the contract
at Langdale Drive for the construction of 2 new build 2 bedroom
bungalows with associated infrastructure to J Harper & Sons
Limited, Unit 1 & 2 Bevan Industrial Estate, Brierley Hill,
West Midlands, DY5 3TF for the total value of
£680,548.10.

 

Authorised the Council to enter and
execute contracts including deed of covenants, collateral
warranties, assignments, transfers, the grant of easements,
wayleaves and other such ancillary agreements as deemed necessary
to facilitate the delivery of these projects.
