Purpose
This report seeks approval to the
implementation of Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) in relation to
the delivery of the public realm improvement works, City Centre
Public Realm phase 2 –part 1 (Darlington Street) scheme. The
TROs will create new pedestrian and cycle zones, as well as changes
to traffic movement, times of access, and revised parking, loading
and waiting provisions in the scheme area.
