Purpose

To approve proposed changes to the
Constitution.

Content

1.   
That the amendments to the Full Council Procedure Rules as detailed
in Appendix 1 to the report be approved.

2.   
That it be approved, that authority be granted to the Monitoring
Officer to implement the changes detailed in the report and to make
any other minor consequential changes necessary to ensure the
Constitution remains up to date.
