Purpose

Award the contract for Round 2 of the
Alternative provision Framework to providers who are
successful.

Content

1.     
Awarded the contract for Alternative Provision Framework to the
successful providers listed in section 4.0 for Five years from 01
September 2025 to 31 August 2030 including the option to extend by
24 months for two periods of one year at the sole discretion of the
council with an estimated total contract values for each Lot:
-        
Lot 1 - £805,000, Lot 2 - £980,000, Lot 3 -
£1,155,000, Lot 4 - £1,330,000, Lot 5 - £315,000,
Lot 6 - £315,000 and for an estimated total contract value of
£4,900,000.
