Content

1.   
Approved the changes to fees and charges outlined in Appendix 1 in
line with Fees and Charges Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July
2024.
 
2.   
Approved the fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1 that have
not been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.
 
3.   
Approved the changes to fees and charges to take affect from 1
October 2025.
 
4.   
Noted that the Magistrates’ Court make the final decision on
whether the level of costs charged to council taxpayers or
ratepayers, relating to court action against them, to are
reasonable.
