Revised valuation for the purchase of
commercial premises on New Park Village.

Content

1. 
Approved the completion of the purchase of the commercial premises
listed in Appendix 1 for a purchase price of up to £325,000
plus 7.5% Home Loss compensation and associated professional
fees.
 
2. 
Approved the proposal to compensate the existing tenants of the
commercial premises through means of extinguishment, as set out in
point 2.17, for the total sum of £94,626,55 (plus VAT).
 
3. 
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers
to execute legal documentation to put the purchase into effect.
