Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of a former Council property as detailed in Appendix 1 where the
purchase price has been agreed.

Content

1.   
Agreed the completion of the purchase of the former council
property listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed price of £185,000
plus Home Loss and disturbance payments.
 
2.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers
to execute all legal documentation to put the purchase into
effect.
