Purpose

To approve a West
Midlands Local Authorities Barristers Framework, a collaborative
procurement arrangement led by City of Wolverhampton Council.

Content

1.    
That the establishment of the West Midlands Local
Authority Barristers Framework (“the Framework”) be
approved.

 

2.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Governance and Digital, in consultation with the Deputy
Director of Governance, to:

i.      
Enter into the Framework Agreement with
barristers’ chambers upon completion of the evaluation
process.

 

ii.    Finalise
and enter into the collaboration agreement with participating local
authorities.
