Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of a former Council property as detailed in Appendix 1 where the
purchase price has been agreed.

Content

1. 
Approved the completion of the purchase of the former Council
property listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed total price of
£137,500.
2. 
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or such other authorised
officer to execute all legal documentation to put the purchase into
effect.
