That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Transport, in consultation with the Director of Resident
Services, to approve the award of contracts for Black Country
Transport Major Project Business Case Developmentabove the
Procurement Act 2023 Services threshold, when the evaluation
process is complete.
2.
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for City Development, Jobs and Skills, in consultation with the
Director of City Development, to approve the award of a contract
for Chilled, Frozen and Ambient Foods when the evaluation process
is complete.

That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member
for Children, Young People and Education, in consultation with the
Executive Director of Families, to approve the award of a contract
for Emotional Mental Health and Wellbeing Service when the
