Purpose

To summarise the implications of Birmingham,
Bromsgrove and Walsall Local Plan consultations for Wolverhampton
and to approve a Wolverhampton City Council response to each
consultation.

Content

1.     
That the response to the Bromsgrove Local Plan Draft
Development Strategy consultation attached as Appendix 1 to the
report be approved.
 
2.     
That the response to the Birmingham Local Plan
Focused Preferred Options consultation attached as Appendix 2 to
the report be approved.
 
3.     
That the response to the Walsall Local Plan Draft
(Regulation 18) consultation attached as Appendix 3 to the report
be approved.
