Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of a former Council property as detailed in Appendix 1 where the
purchase price has been agreed.

Content

1. 
Agreed the completion of the purchase of the former council
property listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed purchase price set out
in Appendix 1, plus Home Loss and disturbance payments.
 
2. 
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers
to execute all legal documentation to put the purchase into
effect.
