Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of four former Council properties as detailed in Appendix 1 where
the purchase prices have been agreed.

Content

1.     
Approved the completion of the purchase of the former four Council
properties listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed purchase price as set
out in Appendix 1, plus associated home loss, compensation and
other payments.
2.     
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or such other authorised
officer to execute all legal documentation to put the purchase into
effect.
