Purpose

Approved the implementation of road safety measures including
school zone as indicated in Appendix A.

Approved the implementation of a 20mph speed limit on roads as
indicated in Appendix B, drawing no. T3_2164-02 through Section 84
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Approved the implementation of waiting and loading restrictions on
roads as indicated in Appendix C, drawing no. T3_2164-01 through
Sections 1, 2 and 124(1) (d) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
4.  
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer to implement the relevant
Traffic Regulation Orders.
