Content

1.   
Approved the disposal of Heath Town Swimming Baths on the terms set
out in Appendix 1 and the signing of the engrossment Lease which
includes Transfer and Overage Deed; and
2.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officer,
to execute all legal documentation as may be required to put the
above transaction into effect.
