Purpose

Approval is sought for the following
transaction in accordance with section 27.10.1 of the
Council’s Constitution. Authority is delegated to the Deputy
Leader: City Housing in consultation with the Deputy Director of
Housing to approve the Minor disposals by freehold sale or long
lease at a premium, easement, dedication, release of covenants or
other legal interest up to a value of £250,000

Content

1.                
Approved the disposal of the garages on Hordern Road;  and
2.                
Authorised the Chief Operating officer, or such other Authorised
Officer to enter into and execute all legal documents to put the
above matter into effect.
