extension of the formerly council owned property Flat 155 Merridale
Court, Merridale Road, Wolverhampton, WV3 9LF.

1. 
Approved the proposed terms to extend a leaseholder’s lease
as set out in Appendix 1.
2. 
Authorised the Chief Operating officer or such other authorised
officer to execute all legal documentation to put the lease
extension into effect.
