Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of three former Council properties as detailed in Appendix 1 where
the purchase price has been agreed.

Content

1.     
Agreed the completion of the purchase of the former council
properties listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed purchase prices set
out in Appendix 1, plus Home Loss and disturbance payments.
 
2.     
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers
to execute all legal documentation to put the purchases into
effect.
