Lease of land for an Air Quality Monitoring
Station at Kelsall Road

Content

1.     
That the Cabinet Member for City Development, Jobs and Skills in
consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets approved the grant
of a lease on the terms referred to in the report:Land at Kelsall
Close – on the terms detailed in Appendix 2; and
 
2.     
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer (or such other authorised
officer) to enter into any legal agreement to put the above
transaction into effect.
