1.   
Agreed to the provision of a further discretionary grant in respect
of unforeseen work for the case detailed in the report below, up to
a maximum of £8,500. This is for £6,000 for the works
and a contingency sum of £2,500 for any unforeseen costs
(which will be retuned if not used).
 
2.   
Agreed that a Local Land Charge be placed on the property for the
full amount of the additional top up. If the property is sold at
any time in the future this money would then become repayable to
the council.
