Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase
of the former Council property as detailed at Appendix 1 where the
purchase price has been agreed.

Content

1.   
Approved the completion of the purchase of the Council property
listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed purchase price as set out in
Appendix 1, plus associated home loss, compensation and other
payments.
2.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or such other authorised
officer to execute all legal documentation to put the purchase into
effect.
