To seek approval to proceed with a lease
extension of the formerly council owned property.

Approved the proposed terms to extend a leaseholder’s lease
as set out in Appendix 1.
2.     
Authorised the Chief Operating officer or such other authorised
officer to execute all legal documentation to put the lease
extension into effect.
