Request for additional assistance to top up a
Healthy Home es assistance grant where works are in excess of
£10K

Content

1.   
Agreed to the provision of a further discretionary grant for the
case detailed in the report below, up to a maximum of £6,038.
This is for £4,538.00 for the works and a contingency sum of
£1,500 for any unforeseen costs (which will be retuned if not
used).
2.   
Agreed that a Legal Land Charge be placed on the property for the
full value of the additional top up. If the property is sold at any
time in the future this money would then become repayable to the
council.
