Purpose

To seek approval to award the contract for the
construction of twelve new homes along with associated
infrastructure to Morro Partnerships Limited, through the City of
Wolverhampton Council (CWC) Housing Development Framework.

Content

1.   
Approved the award of the contract for the construction of twelve
new build properties at  Myatt Avenue
(Six properties) and Former Parkfields
Housing Office (Six properties).  Myatt
Avenue comprises of four 2 bedroom houses, one 1 bedroom bungalow
and one 4 bedroom house and Rough Hills Road comprises of six 3
bedroom houses with associated infrastructure to Morro Partnerships
Limited, Jessup House, 2 Station Court, Girton Road, Cannock,
Staffordshire, WS11 0EJ for the total value of
£3,785,472.00.

 
2.   
Authorised the Council to enter and execute a contract including
deed of covenants, collateral warranties, assignments, transfers,
the grant of easements, wayleaves and other such ancillary
agreements as deemed necessary to facilitate the delivery of this
project.
