Purpose
To seek approval to award the contract for the
construction of seventy-five bungalows and four maisonettes along
with associated infrastructure to Keon Homes, through the City of
Wolverhampton Council (CWC) Housing Development Framework.
Content
1.
Approved the award of the contract for the demolition of the
remaining bungalows and the construction of sixty three new build
properties at Lincoln Green, Bushbury, comprising of sixty two
2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom bungalow with associated infrastructure
to Keon Homes, St Joseph’s House, Chasetown,
Staffordshire, WS7 3XG
2.
Approved the award of the contract for the construction of four
2-bedroom maisonettes along with associated infrastructure at
School Lane, Bushbury, to Keon Homes, St
Joseph’s House, Chasetown, Staffordshire, WS7 3XG
3.
Approved the award of the contract for the construction of twelve
bungalows, comprising of nine 2-bedroom and three 1-bedroom
bungalows, along with associated infrastructure at Wood End,
Wednesfield, to Keon Homes, St Joseph’s House,
Chasetown, Staffordshire, WS7 3XG
4.
Approved the contract sum for the delivery of Lincoln Green (item 1
above), School Lane (item 2 above) and Wood End (item 3 above) for
£20,082,684.70.
5.
Authorised the Council to enter and execute a contract including
deed of covenants, collateral warranties, assignments, transfers
the grant of easements, wayleaves and other such ancillary
agreements as deemed necessary to facilitate the delivery of this
project.
