Approved the award of contract for Leaseholder Property Insurance
to Protector Insurance of 7th floor, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester
M3 3HF for a period of five (5) years commencing 1 April 2024 to
the 31 March 2029 for a total contract value of
£3,384,000.
