1.     
Approved the change of procurement route from the use of a Direct
Call off against the SCAPE Professionals Services for Highways -
Lot 2 Infrastructure Consultancy Framework, to a Direct Call off
using the Midlands Highways Alliance (MHA) PSP4 Framework Lot 1
– Professional Services for the reasons set out in Section 8
below.
 
2.     
Awarded the contract for the Professional Services for the
Wednesfield Towns Fund Project Development to Amey
OW Limited. To commence 5 May 2023 for a period of 7 months for the
total contract sum of £150,449.
