Seeking permission to sign and spend
capability and ambition fund.

Content

1.   
Authorised the Director of Finance to sign the grant agreement upon
receipt.
2.   
Approved the revenue budget of £1.3 million for the
development of the routes in the LCWIP programme and further
supplementary revenue budgets. This is fully funded from the
Capability and Ambition Fund, subject to a signed grant
agreement.
3.   
Authorised the Head of Legal Services to enter or execute or seal
any legal documentation in relation to the programme as deemed
necessary.
