Content

1.            
Approved the Council enter into a subscription agreement with West
Midlands Employers paying for services it wishes to have access
to.
2.            
Approved the payment for an Applicant Tracking System to West
Midlands Employers of Room 101 JQ Modern, 120 Vyse Street,
Birmingham B18 6NF from the 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2027 with
an option to extend for 1 year and a further 1 year with a total
value of £230,000.
3.            
Approved that this payment will be made under the Subscription
Agreement with West Midlands Employers who have carried out the
procurement exercise with the involvement of the Council as a
stakeholder for this service, which was awarded to Tribepad.
