To seek approvals relating to successful bids
for the Commonwealth Games Legacy Major Events Fund

a.     
Approved the acceptance of the grant allocation for the two
successful bids for the Major Events Fund of the Commonwealth Games
Legacy Fund.
b.     
Approved entering into a Grant Funding Agreement with West Midlands
Combined Authority as Lead Authority for the Commonwealth Games
Legacy Major Events Fund
c.     
Approved the establishment and spend of supplementary revenue
budgets in line with the funding agreement for the Major Events
Fund and devolved element for culture.
d.     
Approved underwriting the proposed match funding methodology with a
commitment from the budget contingency reserve of up to
£62,000 to ensure a balanced budget.
