1.     
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Environment
and Climate Change, in consultation with the Director of Resident
Services, to approve the award of a contract for the Supply of two
Material Handlers and one Wheel Loader when the evaluation process
is complete.

2.     
That the UK Procurement Legislative Changes be noted.
