Approval for the purchase of a privately owned
property on New Park Village.

Content

1.   
Approved the completion of the purchase of the former council
property listed in Appendix 1 (A) at the agreed price of
£107,000 plus Home Loss and disturbance compensation.
 

2.   
Approved the sale of the council property listed in Appendix 1 (B)
at the agreed price of £102,000.
 
 

3.   
Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers
to execute legal documentation to put the purchase and sale into
effect.
