Purpose

Report to inform about the funding offers made
to CoWC through Active Travel Fund ATF3 and ATF4 and Capability and
Ambition Fund, the grant agreements necessary for these and the
detailed design of the ATF3 scheme for Wednesfield Road

Content

1. 
Authorised the acceptance of the grant funding sums in this report
and their use to carry out development of active travel schemes as
identified.
2. 
Authorised the establishment of new supplementary capital budgets
in relation to the schemes identified in this report.
3. 
Noted that further reporting relating to the delivery of schemes
developed will take place in due course.
4. 
Approved that the Chief Operating Officer be authorised to enter
into or execute or seal any legal documentation in relation to the
scheme as deemed necessary in respect of the above-mentioned
paragraphs.
