Purpose

Amendment to the lot structure and evaluation
scoring balance for the procurement of the Wolverhampton Housing
Development Framework.

Content

1.   
Approved changes to the lot structure which will combine the lots
from 5 lots to 3 lots, where the demolition lot is no longer
included.

2.   
Approved changes to the award process being Direct Awards under the
Framework, after the Framework has been established, for
entering into the call off contracts for
each Lot.

3.   
Approved revision to the forecast spend
across the individual revised lots and estimated contract values,
noting the total value spend remains the same at £1
billion. 

4.   
Noted the changes in the evaluation scoring balance will be 50%
price, 50% quality including social value and equalities.
