Purpose

To approve the issue of grant agreements and
payments from Wolverhampton’s year two allocation of the UK
Shared Prosperity Fund (UK SPF) to Wolverhampton BID and Newhampton
Arts Centre, for the delivery of local cultural, heritage and
creative activities that contribute to CWC contracted UKSPF
outcomes and outputs.

Approved the issue of grant award letter and back-to-back funding
agreements to Wolverhampton BID for the delivery of activities that
will contribute to UK SPF outcomes and outputs for local cultural,
heritage and creative activities in 2023-2024.

2.   
Approved the grant payment to Wolverhampton BID Centre for the
delivery of activities that will contribute to UK SPF outcomes and
outputs for local cultural, heritage and creative activities in
2023-2024.
