Purpose

Homes England feasibility funding of
£73,000 has been allocated to the council to support the
development and preparation of a HMT compliant business case
covering the programme portfolio of Accelerator sites.
This report seeks approval to set up a supplementary budget to
support consultant commissions required to develop the business
case at pace, ahead of receiving revenue funding from Homes
England.

Approved the establishment of supplementary revenue budgets up to
£73,000, to support the development of Business Cases and
Project Management of sites within the Accelerated Sites Programme,
fully funded by grant and

Enterd into a Grant Funding Agreement
with Homes England for £73,000 of feasibility funding.
