Purpose

To agree to accept funding, entering into a
Grant Funding Agreement and set up revenue codes for the devolved
elements of the Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund

Approved the acceptance of the grant allocation for the devolved
elements of the Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund.
2.   
Approved entering into a Grant Funding Agreement with West Midlands
Combined Authority as Lead Authority for the devolved elements of
the Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund
3.   
Approved the establishment and spend of supplementary revenue
budgets in line with the funding agreement.
