This report seeks approval to the freehold
disposal of a small parcel of land at Northcott Road

1.  
Approved the disposal of land to McAuliffe Group for the premium of
£45,000 for the land parcel edged red and shown in the
Independent Franking Valuation Report (Appendix 2). 
 
2.  
Approved the Chief Operating Officer or such authorised officer to
negotiate, draft, execute and complete all necessary legal
documents to give effect to the above recommendations.
