Purpose

Delegated Authority to award call off
commissions Lot 2 for Secondments, of the MHA PSP3 framework, for
Highway and Transportation Consultancy Services, was approved by
the Cabinet (Resources) Panel, in consultation with the Director of
Finance on 15 June 2022 for a total cumulative value of £1.25
million.

Approval is being sought to award a contract for a Wolverhampton
Brierley Hill Extension Sustainable Access Measures Assistant
Project Manager.

off contract to Waterman Infrastructure and Environment of
Pickfords Wharf, Clink Street, London
SE1 9DG for project management services, using Lot 5 Highways,
Traffic and Transport of ESPO 664_21 Consultancy Services
Framework.
This call off contract is for a period of 9
months, commencing from 14 August 2023 – 14 May 2024, with a
total contract value of £57,600.
