Approval sought for additional capital funds
for the Penn Hall School Project.

Content

Approved the allocation of
£225,000 from the approved capital budget for High Needs
– Future Schemes to the budget for works at Penn Hall School,
which will increase the overall budget for this project to
£525,000.

 

Approved a Deed of Variation to the
Grant Agreement with Amethyst Academies Trust in respect of Penn
Hall School.

 

Approved the Chief Operating Officer
to enter into or execute or seal any
legal documentation as deemed necessary in respect of the
above-mentioned paragraphs.
