That the creation of a capital budget for the refurbishment and fit
out works of i11 be approved.  

2.   
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Resources and
Digital and Cabinet Member for Governance and Equalities in
consultation with the Director of Finance and Deputy Director of
Assets to finalise the capital fit out works and associated
budget.
