authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Adults and
Wellbeing in consultation with the Director of Public Health, to
approve the award of a contract and allocation of the budget of
£569,000 per annum for Voluntary and Community Services -
delivering Our City, Our Plan when the evaluation process is
complete.
