Authority requested to make variations to the
Energy from Waste Management Services Contract

Content

1.   
Agreed to vary the EFW Management Services contract to allow for
NMOL to recruit into  posts that become vacant during the term of
the contract.

2.   
Delegated to the Director of Resident Services to agree the final
variation terms (within approved budget) with North Midlands
Operations Limited.

3.   
Delegated to the Director of Resident Services the authority to
agree any further non material contract
variations (within approved budget) during the contract period.
