Purpose

To approve the issue of offer letters to the
successful VCS organisations to Wolverhampton’s year 2
allocation of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UK SPF) and the
allocation of reserve funds to make the initial grant
payments.

Content

Awarded the grant offer letters to
be issued, subject to a back-to-back funding agreements with
successful VCS organisations once our year two funding agreement is
in place. 
Awarded the allocated reserve
revenue budget to make initial grant payments to the VCS
organisations until our year two agreement is in place with West
Midlands Combined Authority.
