Purpose
Process by which Tenants directly affected by
the redevelopment of NPV will be prioritised in accessing other
Council owned properties.
Content
1.
Approved the LLP to give priority for 50% of all Council owned
properties to affected tenants of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the NPV
redevelopment for a three
month period.
2.
Approved the increase to 75% of all Council lettings after the
first three months in the event that
there are tenants remaining in Phase 1 of the
redevelopment
3.
Approved the proposal that tenants are able
to express a right to return to the new build development,
the ability to exercise a right to return will be dependent on
properties being available that they would be eligible for
following the first round of lets to those remaining on the NPV
estate.
