Purpose

A decision is required in relation to the
release of funds (via a Grant Agreement) to meet the Planning
Conditions to upgrade the highway in connection with the permanent
expansion at St Bartholomew’s Church of England Primary
School.

A decision is also required to establish the budget for the Stow
Heath Primary School Resource Base Project (via Section 151
Letter).

Content

Approved a grant to be made to St
Bartholomew’s Church of England Multi Academy Trust to pay
for the cost of the highways upgrade as per the Planning
Condition.

Approved the capital allocation of £1.2 million from the
approved capital budget for High Needs Capital Fund – Future
schemes to a new project for the Stow Heath Primary school Resource
Base.
