Purpose

To present the grant framework for local
providers of Holiday Activity and Food schemes.

Content

1.    
That the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Service
Specification & Application Guidance as detailed at Appendix 1
to the report be approved.
2.    
That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Children,
Young People and Education in consultation with the Executive
Director of Families to award against the framework.
