Approved grant payments totalling £77,632 to the three SMEs
as detailed at section 5.3

Approved additional grant payments totalling £6,000 to an SME
following an increase in the grant intervention rates as detailed
at 5.5

Entered into all necessary legal agreements to protect the
Council’s interests.

Noted that these are the final grants to be approved under the
Black Country AIM for GOLD programme as it will come to an end on
30 June 2023, and all grants awarded to businesses must be spent by
31 May 2023.
