Approved the completion of the purchase of the former council
property listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed reduced price of
£120,000.
2.     
Agreed for the purchase to be funded using affordable housing
contributions within Section 106 Agreements as outlined in
paragraph 2.6.
3.     
Authorised an authorised officer to execute legal documentation to
put the purchase into effect.
